summer season - Muscadet

It might be the first time, but certainly not the last.

From spring to early autumn, the Muscadet Journey is a stage in the Vineyard Journey tourist trail. It takes place indoors and outdoors and is open to all.

Share a special moment with family or friends in a bucolic setting, enjoying Nantes wines and their pairings with seafood.

Sample the wide range of Nantes wines and the dishes that go with them. Enjoy the outdoor facilities in the four-hectare landscaped park. Cross the Sèvre Nantaise river on the original cable ferry.

Inside the Château, within the restaurant and wine bar areas, learn the basics about Muscadet through an immersive exhibit:

Melon de Bourgogne, the grape variety used to craft Muscadet, maturing on the lees, a time-honoured tradition in underground vats,

the unexpected patchwork of terroirs that gives the wines their incomparable style.
